In order to ensure that the next generation of Calgarians not only survive but thrive, Calgary Health Trust is launching a major campaign called Newborn Needs.

THE GOAL

to raise 60 million dollars in support of redeveloping and expanding the Foothills NICU — the busiest NICU in Canada that sees over 1200 admissions a year — and creating a Newborns Need research fund, Care-by-Parent program, a Pediatric Emergency Pod, and obtaining more equipment for the newly developed Maternity Care Centre. €36 million has been raised but €24 million is still needed.
